In this adventure-fantasy, a community gathers nightly around the fire to listen to a wise storyteller weave a mystical tale of a far off-land. As Chamwari seeks the talisman that will transform the land back into the well-governed world it used to be, the village listeners realise that they too have the power to speak up, make change in their community, and hold their governments accountable. This 13-part serial radio drama is designed to raise awareness and discussion on democracy, human rights, civic participation, transparency, accountability, right to information and freedom of expression.
